Cookery Techniques – Lamb

Come along for a social and fun evening, and get prepared to wow your friends and family this Christmas!

Gain skills and techniques from qualified chefs that you can apply at home when entertaining guests over the holidays.  Create a festive salad, roasted Lamb rump with grilled vegetables, gourmet potatoes & chocolate fondant.

Session lasts a maximum of 3.5hrs and includes:

  • Recipes for all dishes
  • Demonstration, hands-on preparation and cooking of main and dessert
  • Demonstration and tasting of starter
  • Take home main and dessert – students to bring appropriate containers

Cost: $95 - or bring a friend and both cook for $170
