Maxine Sheckter - Sugar Flour

Maxine is a pastry chef and the chef-owner of Sugar Flour, her pastry school based in Kilbirnie. Maxine knew that baking was her passion since she was sixteen. She grew up in a family that was really passionate about food and she knew that she’d eventually end up working in the hospitality industry someday.
