It’s free to call Healthline. The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with interpreters on hand to help with translation. Please call first before visiting a medical clinic or doctor.
Using face masks remains an important way to prevent the spread of respiratory illnesses. While on our campuses, this is optional, but please respect those who choose to keep wearing a face mask as a form of protection.

Whitireia and WelTec have a limited stock of loaner laptops available for students to use. These are assigned on a first come first served basis, once your School has approved your application.
To be eligible for a loaner laptop you must be a domestic student, fully enrolled, and currently engaged in study. Apply online or contact 0800 141 121 or lss@wandw.ac.nz for more information.

Symptoms reported for people with coronavirus (COVID-19) include mild to severe respiratory illness, similar to influenza.
This includes fever and respiratory symptoms such as cough, shortness of breath, and difficulty breathing.
